Simple pricing. For the people doing the work, and the people receiving the care.

Tiers that match how you actually use Scribe Mutual. Patient access is free.

For clinicians

Three tiers plus an Enterprise option, same product across all of them. No feature-gating — just pick the monthly note volume that matches your week. Need more, you can upgrade a tier anytime.

Care team continuity, built in

When you finalize a note, it's automatically available to other care team members on Scribe Mutual who are involved in that patient's care. Handoffs are smoother because everyone is reading from the same source — no PDFs over email, no waiting on faxes.

A few common questions

Do I need to pay to see my own records?

No. Patient access to your chart is free, and it stays free. Premium is optional.

What's a "note" on the clinician plans?

A note is one finalized clinical note generated from a recorded encounter. Each tier includes a set number of notes per billing cycle. Revising a note or adding an addendum to one you've already finalized doesn't count as a new note — it's part of the original.

What happens if I reach my monthly note limit?

We'll warn you as you get close. You can finish the note you're working on, then to keep documenting you can upgrade to a higher tier — the new limit applies right away — or wait for your next billing cycle, when your count resets. We won't bill you for notes you didn't plan for.

Is there a setup fee for clinicians?

No setup fee. The 30-day free trial gives you time to fit Scribe Mutual into how you actually work, with the BAA in place from day one.

What happens when the trial ends?

We'll let you know before the trial ends. If you decide to continue, you can pick the tier that matches your volume. If you don't, you can export your data and walk away.

Do you offer plans for groups or larger practices?

During beta, Scribe Mutual is sold per individual clinician — Solo Max is our highest individual tier. For groups, hospital systems, and ACOs that need multi-seat administration, SLAs, and negotiated terms, we offer custom Enterprise plans. Contact us through the pilot request form.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. You can move between clinician tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, so a higher note limit is available right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is my data secure?

Encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, role-based access, and a Business Associate Agreement for clinical use. We don't sell your audio, your notes, or your patients' data — and we never will. See our Security & Compliance page for the full posture.
