• Ambient capture, post-visit Dictation Mode, and Transient Notes with structured drafts in ten supported note formats and explicit clinician sign-off.
• FHIR R4 data model structured around US Core 6.1.0, with FHIR and C-CDA export available in the clinician workflow.
• Terminology-grounded clinical facts (SNOMED, ICD-10, RxNorm, LOINC) rather than prose-only summaries.
• Patient accounts, access to signed notes, notifications, downloads, and selected sharing are in active development.
• Encryption, audit trails, role-based access, and BAA-based onboarding for clinical use involving PHI.

• Clinician SaaS tiers from $89–$499 per clinician per month based on finalized note volume. Larger-organization opportunities are evaluated individually.
• Beta offer: 30 days, up to 50 notes, and no credit card. A Business Associate Agreement is included with beta onboarding.
• Under the planned patient model, core chart access and record export will not require a subscription. Premium has a provisional target price of $6.99/month for added convenience and coordination. Patient access is not yet open.

• In active development: patient access, care-team continuity, secure sharing, and Google Calendar connectivity.
• Practice-specific: live EHR delivery, SMART on FHIR launch, HL7 v2 exchange, and Direct Messaging require separate configuration and validation.
• Longer-term: patient coordination features, expanded validated integrations, FHIR R5 planning, and standalone EHR capability under applicable certification pathways.
