What happens next
Installation guidance
Use the steps below when the Windows download link is live. Windows may still show a SmartScreen prompt while publisher reputation develops. Always confirm the publisher before continuing.
Download the installer
Download ScribeMutualSetup.exe (Windows 64-bit) from the button at the top of this page when it is available.
Scribe Mutual does not send installer files as email attachments. Prefer this page (or a link we publish that points here) over any unexpected file.
Windows checks the file
Windows SmartScreen may identify a newly distributed version as an unrecognized app while reputation develops.
Pause at this screen and confirm the publisher and source before continuing.
Select More info. SmartScreen does not show the app and publisher until you do.
Confirm that Windows identifies the verified publisher as Scribe Mutual Inc. If the publisher is missing or different, stop and contact us.
Only if the publisher is correct, select Run anyway.

Confirm the publisher. This is the one that matters.
Windows will ask permission to install. Before you select Yes, read the Verified publisher line.
That line indicates Windows validated the digital signature associated with the installer.
If the word Verified is missing, if it reads Publisher: Unknown, or if it names anyone else — select No and contact us.
This prompt shows the app’s name, Scribe Mutual Setup, rather than the file name you downloaded. That is normal.
Finish and create your account
Installation time varies by device. When installation finishes, open Scribe Mutual and sign up, or sign in with your existing account. Clinical features remain unavailable until the founder enables access after onboarding. Updates are designed to be delivered through the application when supported; occasionally, a new installer from this page may be required.
How to know it is really us
- The verified publisher reads Scribe Mutual Inc.
- The installer came from this download page (or an official Scribe Mutual link to it)
- Scribe Mutual did not send the installer as an email attachment
- If any detail differs, stop and contact support@scribemutual.com
